SHIPPING

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

All orders are packed with care and sent through trusted local couriers to ensure your items arrive safely.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES​

• Auckland: 2–3 working days

• North Island (Non‑Auckland): 3–5 working days

• South Island: 3–7 working days

• Rural Delivery: Please allow additional time

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier delays, weather, or peak periods.

• We always do our best to meet special delivery requests where possible.

DELIVERY RATES BASED OFF PARCEL WEIGHT ​​

We use weight-based shipping to make delivery fair and accurate for every order. Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your parcel and your delivery location.

 

New Zealand Delivery​

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout according to:

• Total parcel weight

• Your region (Auckland, North Island, South Island) 

• Rural delivery status

Rural Delivery:

​

A rural surcharge applies for RD addresses; this is added automatically when you enter your address.

TRACKING

​

• All orders include tracking.
  A tracking link will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
  If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

• If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed by the courier.
